Welcome to Carenexify (https://carenexify.com). By accessing our website and hiring our home nursing or caretaking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Services Provided: Carenexify operates as a home care nursing bureau in Mumbai. We match and deploy certified nurses, elderly caretakers, and patient attendants to clients' homes based on their requested needs.
Staff Verification: All caregivers provided by Carenexify are background-verified and professionally trained. However, clients are advised to verify physical ID copies at the time of deployment for personal satisfaction.
Medical Limitation Disclaimer: Our staff provides assistance, non-invasive nursing care (like dressing, injections, saline under prescription), and daily living support. Carenexify does not provide emergency medical diagnoses or active hospital treatments.
Client Responsibility: The client must provide a safe and respectful working environment for the deployed caregiver. Any medical prescription from a registered doctor must be shared clearly with the deployed nurse.
Mediator Status & Medical Limitation: Carenexify operates strictly as a mediator/manpower bureau that sources and deploys certified nurses, caretakers, and attendants in Mumbai. We are NOT a hospital, nursing home, or qualified medical practitioner. Deployed staff work strictly under the instructions of the patient’s treating doctor. For any active medical treatment, diagnosis, or emergency, clients must contact their hospital directly.
Advance Registration & Confirmation: Registration and booking charges must be paid strictly in advance to confirm the deployment of any staff. Service will not commence without advance payment confirmation.
Timely Staff Rotation: To prevent caregiver fatigue and maintain service quality, the assigned staff may be changed or rotated periodically after specific intervals of time at the management's discretion.
Direct Payment Prohibition: Clients are strictly prohibited from making any direct cash, UPI, or bank payments to the deployed staff. All payments must be made directly to the official business account of Carenexify. Any direct payment to staff will not be adjusted in the billing, and Carenexify will not recognize it.
Anti-Poaching Clause & 1 Lakh Fine: If a client bypasses Carenexify and hires our deployed staff privately (either full-time, part-time, or via direct payment), the client will be legally liable to pay a penalty/fine of ₹1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh Only) to Carenexify. In such cases, services will be terminated immediately, and Carenexify holds zero liability for any subsequent actions, negligence, or misconduct by that staff.
Outside Travel Restriction: Clients must take prior written approval from Carenexify management before taking the deployed staff outside Mumbai or out of the pre-agreed station. If found traveling without prior information, services will be terminated instantly without refund.
Client Supervision & Right to Free Replacement: The client or a family member must act as a volunteer to monitor and supervise the caregiver’s behavior and working style. If the staff misbehaves, fails to follow instructions, or performs poorly, the client must inform Carenexify immediately. We will replace the staff promptly without asking for any additional documentation or fees.
Valuables and Theft Disclaimer (Most Important for Safety): Clients are strictly advised to keep cash, jewelry, expensive electronics, and all valuable items in a locked, secure, and secret place. Carenexify holds absolute zero responsibility or liability in the event of any theft, loss, damage, or misplacement of personal belongings. The bureau will not participate in financial compensation but will assist authorities in legal investigations if requested.
Jurisdiction Clause (Legally Safe Extra Point): Any legal dispute, claim, or litigation arising out of Carenexify's services will be subject strictly to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.
Modifications to Terms: Carenexify reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
