Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Carenexify, we strive to provide the highest quality of compassionate home care. We understand that medical and family situations can change quickly. Our refund and cancellation rules are transparent:
Service Cancellation:If you wish to cancel a booked service before the caregiver is deployed, you will receive a full 100% refund of any advance booking amount.
If you want to stop the service midway (after deployment), you must give us a 24 to 48-hour prior notice. We will calculate the charges for the days served, and the remaining advance balance will be refunded to you.
Staff Replacement: If you are not satisfied with the deployed nurse or caretaker's performance, we provide a free replacement staff within 24-48 hours. No extra registration fees will be charged for replacements.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed directly to your original payment method (Bank Transfer/UPI) within 5 to 7 working days.
Strict On-Time Payment Rule: All service renewals and monthly/weekly dues must be paid strictly on time on the pre-communicated billing date. If payment is delayed, services will be suspended immediately without any prior notice or buffer days, and the staff will be recalled by the bureau.
Service Cancellation Notice: If a client wishes to cancel a booking before staff deployment, 100% of the advance registration fee will be refunded.
To terminate an ongoing service midway, the client must give a mandatory 24 to 48-hour prior notice. Charges will be calculated on a pro-rata basis (for the days served), and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Staff Replacement Guarantee: If you request a staff change due to mismatch or behavioral issues, Carenexify will provide a free replacement within 24–48 hours. Advance registration charges are non-refundable if a replacement is actively offered and rejected by the client without a valid reason.
Refund Processing Time: All verified and approved refunds will be credited back to the client's original bank account or UPI within 5 to 7 working days.
